As the company and engineering team grew exponentially, I saw the importance of creating a design system to streamline the process and boost efficiency and consistency.
By taking the initiative, leading another designer, and working closely with lead engineers, we successfully convinced the Senior Stakeholders, created a 0-1 design system, and implemented it on the new product.

Wuhan 2020 is a platform that aims to make relevant information accessible to those who need help in China during the covid 19 outbreak. I participated in four projects for the same cause including leading the design of a Design System for 8 international production teams.
