Over six months of writing the weekly newsletter, I expanded our readership by 10.7%, increased engagement by 7.3%, and boosted the open rate by 8.2%.

As the company and engineering teams rapidly expanded, I recognized the need for a design system to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

Taking the initiative, I collaborated closely with lead engineers to gain support from senior stakeholders, successfully building and implementing a 0-1 design system for our new product.
